entry shall be accepted with extra Fee of Rs. 500/- on the tournament venue
till 24th December 2014 (Poush 9), 6:00 PM.
Tournament Rules:
System of Play : FIDE Swiss System/ 9 Rounds
Time Control : 90 min. + 30 sec. increment
Tie Break : Latest FIDE Rules will be used to
determine final ranking. However Cash Prize will be shared.
Accommodation : All outstation players will be provided free
LODGING on sharing basis. The accompanying persons will have to bear their own
expenses or they might deposit NRs. 2,500 per head in advance with entry fee.
Other Information:

The
Organizers have right to accept or reject any entry without giving any reason.

Age
Proof Certificate is necessary to claim the AGE GROUP Prizes. Players are
requested to bring own Chess Clock.
3.
Weather
in Damak during december will be 15-25 degree.
