System of Play :
The tournament will be
conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System. 10 rounds will be played.
Tie Break :
In case of a tie, the latest
FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. However the Cash Prizes will be shared.
Time Control :
90 min. + 30 sec. as an increment
from beginning move.
Last Date of Entry :
20th December,
Thursday (2069 Push 5 ). Late entry shall be accepted with extra fee of Rs.
500/- on the venue till 25th December (Push 20) 08:00
AM.

The Organizers
have right to accept or reject any entry without giving any reason.

For Indian Players, You
are not allowed if you have played an unauthorized event listed by the All
India Chess Federation.
·
Free Lodging will
provide to all outstation players. The accompanying persons will have to bear
their own expenses or they might deposit Rs. 2000 per head in advance with
entry fee.
·
Age Proof Certificate is necessary to
claim the age group Prizes. Players are
requested to bring own Chess Clock.
·
Weather in Damak during December
will be 15-25 degree.
